I never, ever, wanted to be a blogger because;
- I hate writing
- I don’t take pictures of my meals
- I didn’t think I had any advice to spare
After constant pressure from my friends, I finally gave in and decided to give it a shot.
It amazed me how many people were deterred from traveling because of imaginary barriers that they would create for themselves. Money-being the biggest perceived obstacle.
I have always traveled on a budget, and probably always will, because it allows me to travel and experience life the way locals do. (Except for that one time in Denmark where a $40 pizza was the cheapest thing on the menu)
Solo travel is something that I also hope to encourage people to try at least once in their life. My first solo trip started when I decided to move to Spain by myself, and my life hasn’t been the same ever since.
With this blog, I hope to get more people out of their comfort zone so that they can experience the thrills and adventures that can come from solo travel, as well as realize that you don’t have to be a millionaire to see the world.
